International Finance Bank is a privately held company, part of a close knit group of financial institutions operating under the banner Grupo IF. Grupo IF acquired then Westchester Bank in 1992 and rebranded it International Finance Bank (IFB), adding IFB as the Group’s financial institution in the United States.
